It makes sense from their side, but it's not fair to Wilder. Why should he risk going to UK?
i hope youre not being serious lol. why wouldnt a boxer want to fight in front of 90k at wembley? if hes confident he should be relishing that experience of a stadium fight and knocking out joshua in front of his home fans. and hes very much the B side financially plus he was prepared to travel for povetkin. if wilder was some big draw in the united states then yeah it could happen over there but hes not, dont let the idiots on here tell you otherwise cause his figures are miniscule compared to joshua

Just look who started the thread. Not surprising that he half azz the information that he is looking up and mis-reports, he does it all the time.

well hearns video in america showed wilders not some household name with the fans either. noone knew who he was. you go down a street in the UK and literally everyone would know who joshua was even if they werent sports fans. fact of the matter is joshua earns a hell of a lot more than wilder and although you and motorcityclown are trying to cling to the glory days of america being the home of heavyweight boxing, thats not been the case for a long long time. we can have the fight in a 90k stadium with amazing atmosphere (i was at the wlad fight), brilliant entrances, state of the art lighting or we could have it in one of wilders usual stomping grounds in front of around 10k people with no atmosphere save for a few british fans in the corner. yeah lets fight in a place where the most popular fighter who brings in all the money will be on at 4am in his home country, that seems a smart idea.

Deontay Johnson. Yeah Deontay needs a new name because Wilder is a coward name in boxing fans mind.

The financial argument doesn't work, as Wilder's team is offering an even larger payday to Joshua in the US. I have no idea where the money is coming from, and Wilder should be the B side in the negotiations, but for thisone specific offer, he's the A-Side.

Just because he was prepared to travel for Povetkin 2 years ago doesn't mean anything now.

They're both world champions striving for a unification match. In a perfect world, they would fight somewhere on a neutral ground.
