Mayweather and Pacquiao could have fought 3 times by the time of their first fight. How much money might they have made. Truly the worst example you could have chose, only Floyd was satisfied with the fight we eventually got against an older, injured opponent. I hate Floyd and I'm glad he's gone.

Ah I don't hate Floyd Mayweather. It pissed me off they both let the deadlock go on for as long as it did. I mean they were in the same weight class FFS. And yeah I would have preferred they had an immediate rematch to not having one because Pac could not have his shot, of course that was his own fault. (Actually I would prefer they had a rematch now compared to a bout in the UFC.)

this will happen because it will generate massive money, and both side marinate it to achieve that. maybe glory and all that **** matter a little bit but 90% is all about the MONEY.

why do you think Bowe vs Lewis did not happen?? because second fight with Holyfield or even waiting for tyson release will generate more money in to everybody pocket, except lewis ofcourse.

The Pac vs Floyd debacle was a disgrace. Both were way past it by the time they finally fought and it was the biggest disappointment in boxing, especially given the record PPV & seat cost. I certainly hope Joshua vs Wilder doesn't vaguely in any possible way resemble that garbage.

These are heavyweights and any punch can end a fight. Seems kind of risky if you ask me.
Mke the fight and make a rematch and maybe another rematch. Lots of money in the rematches.
