You people need to satisfy a pathological need to make out every one is scared of Americans. It's a disease for you guys. I'm sure this same thread will come up a week from now going over the same ****. We get it Motor City Cobra, you have a thing for the Brits and want to have people smearing us non stop because you have an inferiority complex. Give it a rest.
Why are you Brits so afraid of this fight?

Yeah shyt got real quick for AJ and now he looks pressured.
He didn’t think that Wilder was really about that fight.
It’s obvious to me that this is a 50/50 fight but for some reason team Joshua is dragging their feet. I think they were looking to milk AJ fighting a couple more no hopers before having to fight a threat like Wilder. As for Wilder the time is right now he’s in his prime. He has to fight everybody right now while he still can.

Yes it is because no contract of the magnitude of this fight ever gets signed in 1 day. That does not happen and to expect it to happen is being dense. Joshua may have stated that "he'll sign tomorrow" but to expect that to end up being literally tomorrow is naive of how business is done.

Joshua has clearly said he will agree to the fight and I expect him to be true to that, thus he'll be deserving of flak if he ends up fighting Povetkin next. Until that time happens Joshua and Wilder are locked in negotiations to make the biggest fight in boxing happen and that's what people should be focusing on... instead of pushing your agenda.

They’re putting on airs about the UK fans deserve this fight, but I doubt those same fans are that dumb.

The reality is that Joshua will take FAR less money because Hearn can’t control the promotion if the fight takes place in the US. And Hearn can’t have that, so he’d rather forego his duties as a promoter and fatten his own pockers first.

Maybe Joshua comes to his senses and demands the $50m he requested, but I’m not convinced. Let’s see.

I agree with your topic, but I disagree with the above quote. He can make that in two fights --- two easy fights. The table is being set for Povetkin, then Miller. Hearn said he's making 20M+ per fight. I bet they can get close to that fight ing Povetkin, then Miller.

The only reason he would accept a fight in Vegas is for the money.

Let’s be real here, he gets significant sponsorship money, will earn a lot of money regardless, so actually does the extra $ mean that much to him?

Personally I would prefer to fight this sort of fight in front of a home crowd (5x the size), have neutral red and judges etc. Also one thing Joshua usually mentions which hasn’t come up yet is the undercard, he usually invests in that to make sure it’s decent , you can be sure if run by Al Haymon the undercard will be not worth watching.

I’m going to be honest here too, but from Wilders point of you he may want Wembley too. He experienced what it was like from spectators seat in the klitschko fight, experiences like that can’t be replaced by money - part of him will definately want that experience.

The goal is to make the most money possible per fight. It's 50 mil plus. In the heavyweight division one punch can end it all

No he can't. He stands to make 'nearly' 100 million after US PPV and UK PPV combined with his already guaranteed 50 mllion. No doubt he can get fat checks fighting the "anyone's" of the world, but nobody's guaranteeing him 50 mill for Fat phuck Miller in the USA.

WTF are you even talking about?

See, it's idiots like this who just make things up in their head constantly. You haven't seen Brits saying they don't want the fight, and you haven't seen me say I don't want the fight, so why do you ask these ****** questions?

Of course we want this fight. And when it happens, it's going to taste so good watching AJ fill Wilder in.

Where is AJ and Hearn dragging their feet? You must have some inside knowledge over the last 2 weeks because we haven't heard anything about either side causing problems. So, what do you know? Or are you just making **** up in your head like Americans tend to do all the time?
