Most of the other comments from those in the sport are around building the fight, nothing to do with readiness or capability. They’re clearly trying to make the fight, but many have said to let it build into a super-fight. As a fan I want to see it now, but I get what the experts are saying.

Wilder's been milking it for 39 fights and almost lost his 40th when he finally stepped up to a skilled albeit not quite prime fighter. Joshua has 21 pro fights with two being tough. I want to see him fight Wilder too, but I won't be mad if he has one or two more first. Hell, it looks like at least one will happen anyway, with both men looking at other potentials.

Roy Jones is acting senile as of late. I lost all respect for him after he hinted at Golovkin getting DQ'd for punching Vanes. He is just jelly that GGG would have knocked him out cold and surpassed him as an all time great.

I respectfully disagree bro. There is no circumstance in which GGG would have beaten Roy during his prime. I like GGG but Roy's hand and foot speed was otherworldly and he would be pot shotting GGG all night long. That said, I also disagree with his idea that AJ should wait before facing Wilder.
