I see even Lomachenko is suspended by NYSAC so its probably something new on boxrec. But why does it say indefinitely?

There's a mandatory suspension after you fight, to keep you from fighting again for a certain amount of time in order protect and ensure fighter's safety/health.

The length and criteria for these suspensions are determined by each comission and varies from state to state.

These are standard. Boxrec used to have them as clickable links. They've obviously had a site update making them a lot more visible, as well as only showing active suspensions.
