tbh I don't think Mayweather Promotions has done too badly to its own fighters. All of his top roster fighters have been given title shots and featured on his PPV undercards and you can't really knock Floyd for naming his promotional company after himself considering 99% of all boxers with promotional companies have done the same thing.
