Calls Badou Jack a low blower but doesn't call Ward's low blows.

Why are we so sure after tonight that Kov beats Stevenson just because Jack managed the left hand and turned it into an inside fight. We know Kov won't try to make it an inside fight. He'll keep it on the outside but Adonis also has a long reach and a good jab himself. After tonight, I still have it as 50-50 fight since Kov fights nothing like Jack.

PIMP did enough to win. Jackie did real good but not enough to take the title away from PIMP.

Rematch between both makes sense. Or maybe a fight with Krusher before PIMP gets too old to tango in the squared circle.

Yeah, it does appear that's his story. Maybe he'll go out in a blaze of glory if he decides to fight a top light heavyweight. He should take on Kovalev or some other top guy. Maybe he can get lucky and knock out Kovalev...I highly doubt it though. I've never had much faith in Adonis, even after he took out Dawson. I was always very confident that Kovalev and Ward would demolish him....Now there's some new guys that are better than Stevenson ever was, also.....Maybe he should continue milking the title. It's sucks for us, but we've become accustomed to his ducking after all these years.

That left hand still lethal but if his opponent can avoid it, Superman got a big problem.

Because Kovalev would have three things going for him...

                1. Power...
                2. Experience...
                3. RAGE!

Do you recall the punishment and ass beating he gave Pascal?

I can see Kovalev letting Adonis have a few extra rounds just to punish him.

Kovalev does smell when his opponent is on the ropes and would go in for the kill. Jack... did not.

Hell, at this point even Bivol would whoop Adonis... although more risk of him getting caught with something.

Adonis still has the WBC belt, so he can use it to negotiate and hustle himself at least another decent payday.

Yeah I agree. Kovalev showed that his boxing skills weren't that far behind Ward's. Then guys like Bivol and Beterbiev seem to be right up there with Kovalev. I think Adonis loses to all three of those guys at this point. It's too bad he was scared to fight that caliber of fighter 2-4 years ago.

He's cashing out against Bellew if he can agree to a catchweight!

He's been found out tonite, with a better ref he would've gotten stopped!
