Leo Santa Cruz and Russell will be setting records in punches thrown and landed. Don't blink!

Looks like the ref was trying to ensure a win for the hometown fighter, but once it seemed like Russell was going to win late in the 2nd half of the fight the ref laid off Diaz somewhat.

Russell Jr bothers u with punches in bunches. Basically punches to get u off of him. Diaz didn't wanna win he got out hustled.

Funny how the replays kept showing Russel hit glove& low blows and Diaz connecting but the announcers praising Russel jajaja

This article was written by a person who doesn't like Gary Russell Jr. You read this and if you haven't watched the fight you think that it was soooooo close.

                    It wasn't.

It was a nice little lesson for JoJo and another day at the office for Gary. I mean really now.

At least JoJo didn't bulls#!+. JoJo straight up took it on the chin like a warrior and admitted that he started late. Credit to Gary.

                    We done here.

Diaz gave it away by doing virtually nothing rounds 7-10. I had it 3-3 after 6 and thought Diaz would come on strong and overpower Russell late but no. I don't know what was going Diaz's mind but if he had continued to work I think he might have won.
