I'm watching mainly for the fight before the main event, but I'd love to see Stevenson KO'd in Canada.

Stevenson is probably more of a super middleweight anyway. He spent much of his career there. He was just presented a good opportunity against Dawson and moved up to take. And when he won, he stayed in the division, he could probably still be fighting as a super middleweight. Recent examples that come to mind are Pacquiao moving from 122 to 126 to fight Barrera. Sergio Martinez did it to fight Pavlik. And to an extent, Cotto did it against Martinez. Difference between Cotto and the other guys is that he didn’t legitimately stay in the division.

Stevenson is 5'11" and walks around at +/- 200... His opponents are almost always taller than him... My guess is Jack will walk in at 185 the most while Stevenson will be close to his usual 190 on his "small size" body... Stevenson always looks big and ripped on fight nights... Too bad for Badou...

It won't happen, Jack will take another loss. Stevenson is smarter than people think. Stevenson is a natural fighter.
It's another bike ride for Stevenson. If you fast, he's quicker; if you strong, he's stronger...
Remember Super Boo, the better you are, the more dangerous Stevenson is.
Jack is good too, but Mayweather miscalculated Stevenson potential, he's at a way higher level than Jack.

Yes, he has developed early-onset osteoporosis. It's probably because of his sedentary lifestyle, poor diet and female-like hormonal disposition.

Adonis looked extremely confident at the weigh-in. He's thinking this fight is another "gimme". Hopefully Jack can show us more than he has in the past. Hmm, maybe he doesn't even need to be all that good to beat Adonis.....

I will give him Fonfara I and Bellew as good wins.

Jack has been dropped and stopped before and not by murderous punchers either. Adonis could stretch Badou early or his power could make Jack apprehensive. If neither happens then Jack will bring it and attack that body. Its a compelling match and I will be watching.
I hear ya...fight just ended, I missed the first few rounds but from what I saw it was a good close fight.

I was not really hyping up Adonis' resume. I was just saying I think he would have been exposed more than he has been so far in his career, with the competition he has been in with. Not a great resume by any means, but he has faced guys who he has dominated/rolled over, and they have been decent fighters. Basically he has shown he is levels above C level guys.

Even the Fonfara 1 fight, where he was kind of 'exposed' he showed he had power late, and a lot of heart and decent stamina.

What'd you think of the fight? I saw 3-12 and thought Adonis won 3,5,6,11 and maybe 10. That was the only swing round I really saw.

I agree. He has always looked more like a SMW to me
