That's complete pile of crap. No way does a natural welter/junior-middle like Tito hit harder than a super big middleweight like Taylor. Tito was a monster at welter, Taylor IS a monster at middleweight.

A monster that couldn't drop a 41 year old man.

Trinidad destroyed Joppy by brutal KO. Taylor although he won barely wobbled Joppy.

And Taylor fought Joppy years later, after he was damaged by Trinidad.

yes, taylor could have ko'd winky. and i think when and if they fight again, i'll still pick taylor by a ko.

what taylor doesn't have is awareness when his opponet is hurt and then go after him. many times winky looked like a bobble head, everytime taylor hit winky his whole body shock. and when i say awareness, it means killer instinct. But don't get me wrong, many times he pushed for a ko, though this is good, he errod when he didn't go after winky when winky was stunned which was a few times.

the eye defently give him problems, but he was in no danger cause winky would not challenge/target the eye because winky was so worried of taylors shots or what he could get in return if he went specificly for the eye.

taylors jab existed only in the later rounds and it was very effective, yet he didn't use it in the first half of the rounds.

"could taylor ko winky?" hells yes!

WINKY DID EVERYTHING HE COULD DO! TAYLOR COULD DO SO MUCH MORE! and thats the biggest difference for the rematch if theirs one. Taylor already saw everything winky can do and bring to a fight, but winky didn't see everything taylor can do in a fight.

After seeing Taylor's inability to penetrate winky's defense I have to say, I seriously doubt Wink would get KO'd in the next fight. Reason I'm saying this is because Taylor was trying very hard to catch him and failed, and got blocked every time almost...so it would be hard for me to predict taylor actually connecting flush, much less KO'ing, wright

now, maybe if he had a good left hook to the body he could liver him outta there

you know Hopkins, couldn't ko joppy either, hopkins hit joppy with everything but the kitchen sink and didn't ko joppy. so why the bs about taylor not being able to ko joppy?

Joppy ran like a scared hamster that entire fight with Taylor. But who cares - that's not my point. My point is that Taylor is a big strong middleweight who punches hard, very hard. Trinidad was a bulked up middleweight who punched pretty hard, but not like Taylor.

If you ask me who the better fighter is/was, that's an entirely different question.
