He is a world champion. As a world champion he should be willing to fight any other champion or top contender in the 130 pound weight class he is a champion of. If he won't fight Loma at 130 pounds for a fair money offer then he isn't a true 130 champion. If he needs more time to improve his skill then don't win a world title. Once a boxer becomes a world champion he has a responsibility to defend that title against worthy challengers. The time for on the job training is over. If the money is right and the terms are right and he refuses to fight Loma then Loma is the real 130 pound champion and Tank is just a belt holder but not the real champion.

If Prime Roy Jones was at 168 David nor his handlers would want that fight. Jaime doesn't have a contract with HBO and could unify with Charlo before this year is over, lets see if it happens.

Munguia will gladly fight any 154 pound boxer in the world because he tried to fight GGG at 160. He and his team have complete confidence in his fighting skills and power right now.

Those guys, if placed in the same position, would step up and fight Lomachenko. Tank just doesn't believe in himself, can see a future quitjob in his career.
