Brook's career is basically over as he can't beat any of the top guys.Tbh he was never that good but was a product of careful match making to fool the British public. This is a typical UK business model. Feed the guy scores of bums and tomato cans to build this padded record then feed him to the wolves to harvest. The promoters know what they are working with. Hearn knew Brook couldn't beat any elite fighters and now that he is damaged goods feed him a few more bums then Khan. No other promoter can sign Brook right now.
