Loma needs Mikey. Not the other way around. If Mikey beats Easter (I think he will) and schedules Tank instead of Loma, he can then go back to junior welter for Prograis et al and leave a confused Loma standing at the altar next to a sputtering and harrumphing BA who will have his thumb where the sun don't shine.

Mikey will certainly beat Easter and he may get a fight with Prograis or postal but those will be tough fights to negotiate. Besides that, I think Taylor beats Postal in June. Prograis will likely be game for that fight but he's going to want to get paid a lot more than Mikey will be willing to offer. Those are about Mikey's best money options and none bring Lomachenko money.

What's your point? The fight was made and yes, it was ridiculously difficult to negotiate. If that's Mikey mind set...that he thinks he can negotiate like Floyd the fight never happens, period. If Mikey thinks he has better options he needs to take them because like it or not, Mikey is not Floyd, he simply doesn't draw Floyd numbers and won't get Floyd money or concessions.
