When you let slipping 4 rounds versus Lipinets, you ain't outboxing Loma.

Mickey doesn't have the speed and the reach of Linares, he's shorter and slower. Sure Mickey is a master boxer unlike Linares. That's why it will be a great chess match.

In order for Loma to see that the camera was on, he had to see the red flash.

Well, to be honnest I like Mickey, I always rooted for him but won't versus Loma.
Mickey is a down to earth guy and I love his text book boxing. There is nothing to dislike about him.

They both master boxers, Mickey is bigger, stronger, more experienced, Loma is faster with a much better footwork.

Mickey hits harder than Linares IMO, so yeah, bad fight on paper.
That's being said, Loma struggled versus Linares because Linares is himself athletic and fast as hell.
Loma was in dat position Floyd was versus Judah (Judah dropped him by the way), first time somebody matched his speed.

Yeah, Loma needs to be active, he's 30 years old and 12 fights.

Mickey 38 fights, Mickey is more experienced and I would say bigger and stronger (at least big/strong enough to bully around AB and Lipinets), not a good look for Loma.

Still, Loma has better footwork, is faster than Mickey and speed kills.

What Loma needs is some 12 rounds against strong durable right handed 135 world champion like Beltran or Crolla.
Sharpen this defense and grow into 135. They will be on his as.s.

People will laugh at Beltran but dude is a big hard nosed lightweight who snatch to the body.
That pure mexican style ain't making Loma comfortable.
+Belt has been Manny's sparring mate for years so he can give it to a fast as hell southpaw.
