Money talks in the game of boxing. Charlo's are making about 500K per fight at the moment, if Hearn is offering them considerably more and guaranteeing that for every fight, which is likely when they have about $7.8 mill available for each card, then you'd have to be an idiot not to seriously consider the offer.

To secure Wilder would be tricky. He has a lot of managers to appease and convince and the Joshua fight would need to be guaranteed. Wilder knows that AJ will be Hearn's priority and he'll just be used by Hearn to unify the titles so it will need to be a very lucrative deal on offer for Wilder to risk signing with a promoter who isn't looking out for his best interests.
