I think it eventually gets made. Once they both have the stock of the Lightweight titles between them both they really have no other options. Obviously, it's not going to be an easy negotiation being Mikey "seems" loyal to Haymon and Showtime and Arum has his deal with ESPN. They both also aren't "PPV Attractions" so it would be tough to do a "cross Network" promotion unless they do what they did for the AJ vs Klitschko fight and one Network gets LIVE rights and the other Replay.
