I agree. Some words get thrown around to freely. There arent many elite fighters. I wasnt big on Rigo because he had one good win. Most of his work is trash, but people liked what they saw in his abilities. And I cant disagree with what they saw, but those abilities need to be put in against the best. He fought infrequently for whatever reason.
Walters I wouldnt call elite either. His best win is an older Donaire. It was impressive though. Russell elite? For what exactly? Oh, he has fast hands. That must make him elite.

I think people say elite for their division but to me, even thats a stretch. I would go with best of the division instead of elite. Linares? Lmao.

What gets me is Lomachenko is actually fighting those guys at their near peak we seldom got that with Mayweathers career, infact I don't think Mayweather has a prime peaked fighter on his resume that is better than the guys Loma is constantly adding to his record.
