That would be a good fight. Munguia needs alittle more experience fighting legit 154 pounders. Beating Sadam Ali is not the same as Charlo, Hurd, Lara, etc...

If Cotto didn't have a torn biceps on his left arm, Cotto would have won that fight against Sadam Ali, despite being 37 years old and being half way mentally checked out into retirement, the torn left biceps was the deciding factor, if not for that Cotto would have won that decision.


A couple of more fights at 154 for Munguia to get acclimated, then yes fights with Hurd and Charlo should happen.
