Not knowing what gloves to train in is definitely an issue. It's a completely different feel fighting in horse hairs than in foam.

That said, I actually hope Crawford does show up with horse hair gloves - that way his team is outed as a bunch of liars who had to hide information to get an advantage because they were afraid of this man.

Do you know if the type of gloves is covered in the contract?

If it is, and Crawford decided to ignore the agreement, that would be a problem. I guess it would then be up to Horn whether to fight him anyway or pull out.

But either way, Crawford and his team would then be sued for breaching a fight contract, and their names would be mud in the sport, so it's not going to happen!

That fight was like 4 years ago, two weight-classes lower and he was fighting a speedy explosive former Gold medalist. This isn't the same fight
