                Yeah, I agree. If Cotto did not have his torn biceps on his left arm he would have won that fight by decision. He was already semi-retired in his mind too and 37 years old fighting his last fight. But yeah if he didn't tear his left biceps, I'm pretty sure he would have won that fight against Sadam Ali by decision. Absolutely.
