Mikey Stops Lomachenko inside of 10 rounds.
Against second rate competiton though. Which is cool, but what top tier boxer has he done this to?

Mikey is powerful, makes few mistakes, throws straight hard punches (never goes wild), keeps his chin tucked, never tries to show off.

If this fight happens, only then you can see how Mikey can beat Lomachenko.

With that said idc who wins, I would praise either guy who wins, I like them both.
Great description of Garcia. The guy is kinda vanilla, not particularly violent or flashy, not "Mexican enough" to get that crowd excited, not dramatic enough to have people following his twitter. But, the guy is soooo fundamentally sound. He dictates the fight, he measures everything, when he gets wild, it's a calculated risk based on openings he's already explored. People seem to think he's a bland variation on a Mexican style fighter. What he is, is representative of a new era of fighters (Loma included) who integrate the best aspects of many styles.

I can dig that. It will be interesting to see how Mikey does with the shifting and angles though. Feints will be key.

I know, I wreck a lot of threads and they never handle it well so I don't expect you to do anything other than pretended you're laughing.

You're basing your argument on, "See, size and speed don't work!"

4 times world champion in 4 different weight classes beat 3 times if my math is right, RIGHT? HEHEHEHEHEHE

Just tell Loma to sign on that dotted line, and we can actually see the fight.

I like both guys too. I just think head to head, based on quality of opposition and attributes for each fighter, I lean towards a Loma win.

Dudes act like you have to hate a guy because you dont pick him to win.

yes mikey is technically sound but i think thats to his disadvantage against loma. mikey doenst have the best reflexes and once loma works out the distance and where the punches are coming from i think he would be able to sit there in front of him and light mikey up. linares was throwing a lot of out there punches which didnt hit the target but what htey did is they caught lomas attention and made him think. i dont think garcia does that kind of stuff and would be made to paid against the more athletic fighter

Who here said Mikey sucks? Nobody. People are talking about what can potentially happen based on their skill and prior experience. Both guys are highly skilled. One has faced better competition. Not sure why you are trying to make it something else.
