No steroids cause acne over the whole body. Ive seen people on steroids who were covered over their whole bodies bad. Jessie Vargas looked like Linares does when he fought Broner and so did Marquez when he fought Pacquiao. It was more pronounced on the back and shoulders for all 3 of them but they all had a little on the front too. Obvious signs of steroid use. At least Canelo used clen, taking actual steroids which directly boost your testosterone cause real nasty side effects like hair loss, shrunk testicles, and long term damage to the heart and other organs.
