No steroids cause acne over the whole body. Ive seen people on steroids who were covered over their whole bodies bad. Jessie Vargas looked like Linares does when he fought Broner and so did Marquez when he fought Pacquiao. It was more pronounced on the back and shoulders for all 3 of them but they all had a little on the front too. Obvious signs of steroid use. At least Canelo used clen, taking actual steroids which directly boost your testosterone cause real nasty side effects like hair loss, shrunk testicles, and long term damage to the heart and other organs. I have no respect for any of these fighters who are so obvious with their use

I honestly think half of the top fighters take an illegal ped of some sort. I dont think its right at all because someone could get seriously injured or killed, but if theyre going to do it they should at least have enough respect for themselves and the sport to not make it so blatantly obvious to where they wouldnt even bother seeing a dermatologist and just come to the fight looking like that, thats just downright disgraceful

I mean, I think 90% plus are using... it's not right of course, but the issue is there is that even with testing, there are so many designer drugs out that wouldn't be detected, testing doesn't matter as much to many
