i dont understand how they cant see it.. lmao

when he lands the left u can hear the crowd kinda groan like ohhh ****.. and what does lampley say right after? GOOD LEFT HOOK BY TAYLOR. yea he landed it but who was obviously stunned?? get outta here man. anyone that actually has something reasonable and intelligent to say ill talk to but for now i think ive proved my point to everyone discrediting winky.

you usually look at the guy you want to lose to catch what he has been hit with. maybe u people should look at taylor while watching the fight and stop ignoring what winky is doing. I noticed what both fighters did in the ring and i never discredited taylor but i want someone to honestly and intelligently give me some key points in the fight where taylor was effective for other hitting winky's gloves which sounded good. he had his moments and we will compare cuz i doubt anyone can find more than 4-5 good moments for taylor.

what you proved is that you are a idiot, taylor did not look stunned what so ever he came right back and threw a combination himself. it was a fair desicion i had taylor winning but i'm not going to say he got robbed because they called a draw it was a good fight so let it at that, and i'm not discrediting winky at all but you knuckleheads saying he won and was robbed are just plain ******.

so taylor was just try to hold on cuz of what? u really think he lost his balance he looked like a hopping ****** for a sec. what i dont understand is why close-minded people like u even think about talking about boxing. maybe u dont see it idk but then that just makes u ****** or biased. probably both.

let me explain this so your slow ass can understand, after the flurry (where you think winky's featherfisted ass stunned taylor) he came right back with a combination that backed wright up. you the ******* that don't know **** about boxing

this is my 1st time posting here (usually just read everyone elses comments) but i just feel the need to voice my toughts. i said right after the fight that i thought wright won (still do). monday everyone was saying how wright gave away the last round and how he deserved to lose but today when i read all these boxing insiders comments on various sites, most say that wright indeed won if there was anything in question, it was taylor getting lucky AGAIN. all that tells me is that they had the volume up the first time they watched to fight. its disgusting how hbo treats outside fighters! simply disgusting. i noticed the biasing for jt immediately during the fight and i just tuned it out and started judging on my own. after i watched it again with the volume down i had wright beating him by a wider margin. and i NEVER gave jt the last round. wright switched up his style, confused taylor and jt just didnt have a clue what to do. i think hbo only wanted ww to stick his head in there a lil bit more because THEY needed that round for taylor. when they didnt get it, they too got confused and used the excuse that wright gave it away just to influence the viewers who had grown used to seeing a brawl. i also hate how they inject the post fight explanations into the fighters heads. instead of just asking taylor what happened in the 12th they would rather ask him why does he think that wright ran. **** it. i think wright won and i find it funny that everyone still favoring taylor over wright is willing to accept a draw (pretty much admitting that he didnt do enough) b/c they just didnt/dont wanna see wright win. but the ones that actually paid attention say that wright clearly won.

well i'll say this now, wright won. wright did not give the 12th to taylor, and taylor damn sure didnt take it. all he had to do in my opinion is land a hard punch in the 12th and he coulda won it but he couldnt even do that. boxing = hit and not be hit. watch the 12th with that in mind and you will have a clear winner for the round. and understand that wright is a professional but he is a man also and if you just went 12 rounds in a tough fight that you feel you won you would be pissed too. wright and taylor know each others reactions to the fight better than anyone else. and wright must have known that taylor was in distress.

on a lighter note... YO did anyone see how ****** emmanuel steward looked when jt was hitting the mitts before the fight??? how he was flying all over the locker room??? i called all my boys and i was rollin at that!!! i dont know if he was overreacting or what but he never moves that much even when a heavyweight hits the mitts. it was too funny!

so i guess being hurt stops u from throwing punches right? he had to come back with a flurry to win the round idiot. he had to win rounds somehow. besides he didnt even come back right away it took him a couple seconds to get his bearings back. how about your slow ass take a second third fourth fifth look at that pt in the round becuz obviously it hasnt clicked in yet. dont talk **** when u have no idea what u r talking about.

you are right wright is featherfisted and thats probably why it was so easy for jt to shake it off. the wording of SalvaDominicano was correct because jt did get stunned. its not like he was on the verge of getting ko'ed or anything, just stunned. thats clear for anyone to see. hell both of his feet pretty much lifted then he immediately went for the clinch (with his head down and arms weak i'll add)instant sign of distress. i'm sure that if he woulda caught another one of those cleanly you woulda saw how bad he was stunned but he did the right thing and tried to clinch. his flurry was strictly a defensive act to get wright away and to probably let wright know that he wasnt phased anymore... but he was at first prolly still was at the time.

lol thanks. i also remember this from the fight. it was after they started to mention that wright was going back to his old style that they started to say that he was beginning to give the 12th round away. hbo has always critsized his style. but they ALWAYS noted that he wins in that style to. as soon as those two things clicked in their heads is when they started to insist that he was giving the round away. they knew that realistically jt could not beat him when he implements the stick and move style. especially after fighting a high pressure fight for 11 rds. he wouldnt easily adapt in 1 rd.
