Was he ever suspected of that chit
I don’t recall at all
I'm pretty sure there were questions about Wlad and his insistence on German or some testing agency for all his tests. He had other belts and so was never in the WBC Clean Boxing Program.
And honestly, a 40 year old athlete who is still elite, is more than enough for an athlete to be suspected of peds.
I'm a Wlad fan, but if he had ever tested positive, I'd be like "Yeah, of course." I'd be more surprised that he got caught than that he was on something though, if you know what I mean.
I hadn't read Vitali admitting to ever using as a pro. But he has talked about testing positive as an amateur and getting kicked off the Olympic team, I thought. I don't remember him admitting fault, but rather talking about just trusting his doctor or whatever at the time?
If I’m honest I’ve never actually read up on it, so you probably right, I just knew he admitted to it early on in his career(pro or am I wouldn’t no)

Cool. If anyone is reading our replies and has some links on it if he did admit to pro usage, I'd be really interested in that. Sometimes with Vitali he will kind of mop up stuff he doesn't want out there it seems. So, maybe he did and I just never saw it. When it came to that kickboxing KO, I seem to remember an attempt to kind of cleanse the internet of a trace of that but there is video that won't go away. lol

I knew there was something. Here it is.
Pulev asked for Wlad to do real testing for their fight, as Pulev was already under testing where he could be tested at any time of any day. Pulev said at the time:
So when Wladimir Klitschko says that he only stands by the rules of the BDB (German Boxing Association), I see his point is to only provide a sample after the fight – the BDB does not call for anything else. However, what does this tell you about what Wladimir Klitschko thinks about the integrity of the sport of boxing?
“He, who is one of the biggest self-promoted boxers in the world. He, who even signed for a commercial with the German [group] NADA as one of their faces – is still the only one of those faces not having a deal with NADA to do 24/7 testing? I think you can answer this question yourself.”
Bernd Boente, the manager for WBO/IBO/WBA/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (60-3, 51KOs) has advised BoxingScene.com that his side will only agree to the use of NADA [Nationale Anti Doping Agentur], based in Germany, as the drug testing agency of choice for the upcoming fight with mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin (26-0, 18KOs), scheduled for October 5th in Moscow, Russia.
Povetkin's side wanted to use RUSADA [Russian Anti-Doping Agency], which the Klitschko side rejected. Both NADA and RUSADA are affiliated with WADA [World Anti-Doping Agency].
Boente made it clear to BoxingScene that their position is very firm, and they are willing to walk away from the fight, and a $17 million dollar purse, if NADA is not accepted as the organization to handle the drug testing.
I’m not saying Wlad was juicing, but some of his opponents did question why he refused real ped testing. Apparently, he used Pac’s old excuse “I’ll only do the testing the agency requires” which, apparently, is nothing more than peeing in a cup immediately after the fight.
