Floyd has serious mental issues that he needs to address before becoming a competent promoter. He is competitive and wants to sign top fighters and tell everyone how great they will be, but as soon as any of those fighters start getting a buzz (which is what he should want) he gets jealous of the attention they are getting and tries to sabotage them. He is sick.

if floyd still wants to compete then compete. if he's retired, then stay retired and let the next man shine. soon as a fighter starts to get a lil buzz, floyd has to downplay that fighter. i mean, just look at his own fighters, they aint happy with how he's handling things.
