Not really seeing anything in the comments about what this could be in relation to, but one guy does mention where Floyd recently dropped a sparring session with Josue on his own IG account & perhaps Josue didn't look as good vs Floyd as he had wanted to is the implication of that guys comment.

If thats the issue Josue is being a snowflake here. If he's got real grievances he needs to bring them up doe, publicly or privately.

Why did he instagram him whopping his own fighter? Floyd is one of the best fighters of all time, why is he going so hard at this poor kid?

Is your promoter meant to share videos of you getting your ass kicked to millions of people? Does that increase or decrease your value?

Floyd doesn't even let people video his sparring sessions when he is training, yet its okay to clown a fighter he is meant to be promoting?

Why does every single one of his fighters fall out with him? Why did Broner fall out with him? Does Oscar constantly fight with fighters he promotes?

You'd have to be a fool to sign with TMT. Seriously. Plenty of fighters have declined because they are not ******. Errol Spence politely said hell no. Floyd is the last person you'd want as a promoter.

He is vindictive, unpredictable, and beefs with absolutely everyone, and is too egotistical to give the limelight to another fighter, even if he is promoting them.

I didn't even hear about that video til I seen that post & I definitely haven't watched it to know how good or bad it could look to other people, but upon further consideration on my initial comment I can definitely see how thats bad form to release sparring tapes of guys on his roster.

Yea its definitely looking bad lately there is no doubt about that. There are always lil spats in a promotion. Everyone has had them. And sometimes they show bigger problems & sometimes they show ****** lil mishaps. But when you got as many situations as Floyd does lately there is definitely a Bill Crosby **** accusation quality to the sheer numbers saying sh^ts wack.

There was always that issue of why don't these bigger name guys sign with Floyd thing lurking. Spence. Broner. Mikey. Shakur. Probably a couple higher profile guys I'm missing, but it is telling that those guys say something others didn't that made them go elsewhere.

I'm sure more details will come out & we can probably piece together the things Floyd &/or Ellerbe need to work on, but ego seems solidly among the top issues out of the gate to me.
