Legacy plan!?? Fighting one dimensional Jarrell 'Plodder Pillow' Miller(??!) or 38yr old PEDvetkin who'll be 39 by the time they meet?!. "LEGACY" is Wilder NEXT! Wilder will be 33 in October, he's in his prime NOW, "legacy" means both fighters going at it in their primes NOW!

AJ has "numbers" already, after he beats Wilder he can continue "planning another eight years at the top." The "numbers" will take care of themselves, the cash will continue to flow - because he's worshipped out there!

I think by Legacy he's not thinking about it the same as you, you're thinking reputation, I believe this is important to AJ but not to the Hearn's. Barry is talking here about financial legacy only, you have to remember promoters only care about numbers, they don't care about ego's. A promoter doesn't dream about repping the GOAT, they care about breaking box office records.

The fact is Wilder is not confident turning 12.5 Million into 30 PLUS Million with a win over Joshua . So hes willing to stall the fight until he knows he can make more then that original offer in case he loses ....its really blatantly obvious .

You dont turn down that kind of money unless your not 100%sure you could win .

Yeah I know what you're saying, I'm not overly surprised that Wilder fans aren't too smart on the business front tbh. They post pretty much how he boxes...all over the place, deviating from the thread and with their chins hanging in the air!

It is the other way around, Wilder has been a pro boxer twice as long as AJ, but another guy comes a long a vacuums up all the belts whilst Wilder fights taxi drivers. Cowardice has nothing to do with it, he never got control of the game and now he bows to AJ, only has himself to blame.

Deontay first pro fight was 2008 and Joshua’s was 2013 thats only 5 year difference. However aj had a longer amture career. Just make the fight now.
