Brooks was a world champion at 147 and ranked in the top 3 by the ring magazine? What's the problem if they both meet at Welterweight?

Because Brook has outgrown WW, and Khan in reality made 155 for Canelo without making excuses.

Now they are both older, and have had title fights at 155-60, it would be fair to agree a CW at say 150.

That way neither guy has an issue making weight and being healthy.

Brook always struggled to get to 147 anyway, then when he went up to 160, coming down to 147 again drained the life out of him. He looked the part against Spence for 7 rounds, but then he couldn't even keep his guard up any more.

Brook would be an idiot to try to get to 147 again.

Brook fought at 154 last time out, and Khan voluntarily fought at 150. 152 sounds fair to me.

I guess think Khan thinks the older he gets the better chance he got but I think Brook's actually still the fresher fighter and more in his prime than Khan even though he's older...

I'm tired of people making the weight excuse even Brook. He was fine in the Spence fight imo. If not for his eye he would have never even went down. He didn't even bring up the weight issue until weeks later....After the fight he said he simply couldn't see..

He showed no signs of being drained in that fight Errol was simply in better shape don't mean Brook was drained..Brook didn't look any fresher or better at 154 in his last outing albeit a quick one he just was in with a bum..

Brook is absolute desperate for the fight and said he can make 147 and will make 147 to make this fight happen, so its gonna happen at 147. He admitted himself that he can't balloon up in weight and he can make the weight without much problem. Khan looked flabby and too small for 155.
