Even with the late entry being a mismatch bc of the tests, he’s pretty humble. He could’ve talked crap about the timeframe he had to prepare, but instead wasn’t interested in making excuses and fought like a damn warrior. Gotta give credit to a guy who gives credit where credit is due.
I’ll have to go see his fight with Chris than. What did he do when he figured him out though? I’m sure Golovkin would “figure” out Saunders as well than.
Once Chris saw what the deal was, he stopped chasing and started working. Used the jab to get inside and throw Saunders off the rhythm, then got rough and dirty.
Golovkin's got a good jab (I feel his jab won him the Canelo fight IMO), but in general G doesn't switch strategies. He will come forward, entice you to the ropes however he can, then load up. That won't work against Billy Hoe.
Beating Saunders requires you have at least three different strategies so he can't anticipate what you're going to do before you do it. Lemieux was dominated for one reason: he had one game plan and never adjusted.
Do you think Saunders can beat him or just give him a tough fight? And. I agree with the Jacobs part. He did the same mistake Golovkin did with Canelo. Way too much respect in the beginning.
I think Saunders can get a close win provided he stays off the ropes. If he lets G push him to the ropes, he gets knocked out inside of 9 rounds.
Not only did this dude get KTFO by GGG, he's also doing everything possible to give him falacio. Been all over his nuts ever since he put that whooping on him. Went to his locker room and everuthing to take a pic like a fkin fan. Just be grateful you got a check and stfu.
Eat up Canelocheat, more Mexican meat will be required to withstand GGG’s power in Sep. Such a dishonest piece of s....mexican meat my ass..LOL
With the victory over Vanes Martirosyan on Saturday, Gennady Golovkin ties future hall of famer Bernard Hopkins' record of 20 consecutive title defenses in the middleweight division.
