Maybe with carefull match making

he might be able to grab a strap if he has to fight some no name Argentine cab driver for a vacant or something

But I don’t see him ever being a top dog especially if he has to move up in weight

At least Horn had to beat Manny to get his strap and while Berto may not be HOF talent he’s legit

Ryan Garcia can only wish he’ll have the career and accolades of Berto
