He wouldn't beat any of those guys at HW. I don't mind Bellew, he talks straight and does the business, but at HW, with real active guys, he'd get hurt, and I think he even knows that. I have a hunch, he might be talked into fighting Fury because the pay would be huge, but Fury is a very very big guy in comparison, I'd worry about his health.

Belew vs Parker, Chisora, Whyte... all about the same size... and neither opponent is a devastating puncher. Povetkin is about Belews size also, but is a bit more powerful puncher. Fury doesn't punch very hard, so Belew would be safe in that regard, but it would be tough for him to get inside Fury's jab.

It’s HW, they all punch hard, Fury hits hard enough, his KO ratio at HW is better than Bellew’s who has fought mostly at LHW and CW, and Fury has a massive reach and size advantage, it’s a mismatch.

Chisora is past it, not much point in that fight, Bellew would struggle to hurt him even now. Povetkin is 230lbs, Parker 240lbs, they are much bigger than Bellew, Povetkin hits as hard as Haye but is way way more technical, again mismatches.

Whyte likes to brawl, rode clean shots from AJ and is 250lbs, did you see what he did to Browne? If Bellew goes toe to toe Whyte sends him to ER.

Absolutely. Mikey had a little bit of a substance abuse problem and a different mindset with run-ins with the law and such, though. Haye clearly wasn't as good (although he had a shot to be talked about, just chose dated and **** opponents a lot) until it was too late. Can't see him going out on a loss, though. Bet they make that Price fight so he can TRY to get that final W before hanging it up.

Agreed, there's something twilight career Mike Tyson about him at the moment, just going through the promo's but his heart isn't in it, then gets in the ring and timing is off, conditioning is off, just winging it. Sad. I hope he does what Tyson did and retire and not what RJJ has done and start scratching around for backwater pay days.

A very satisfying night . I watched it with my girlfriend and kept my eyes on my girlfriend every time David got clobbered in the face in case their was any emotion on her part. As much a Bellew can be irritating, he will always have a special place in my heart for beating Haye so convincingly that even the most deluded of Hayes bisexual groupies have nothing to offer in defense of their idol.
