Creative answered but it still has nothing to do with what you claimed.

He raises some questions but raising questions isn't the same as answering them. Also, I don't see any links to authoritative sites of information to back up anything he says. He researched on forums for athletes cheating, not exactly scientific evidence or fonts of truth. Not saying that nothing he says is of value but you do need to back up your claims.

I got some interesting info via a very solid legal site called Lexology. they link to an article that gives the state of how hair tests are accepted as proof in courts. These hair tests concern recreational drugs so I can't say the article applies 100% to clen. Most of the good stuff is in the section titled "Limitations and considerations". http://www.hopgoodganim.com.au/page/...18_March_2015/

that guy Damian's award-winning comment..... is the exact same half-assed comments we read on here.....

those guys (Damian and bread) were not even aware that hair-follicle testing is to confirm continual usage, not whether it was present..... we already know that it was present

no watergate-level scandals were uncovered today lol

how the fk did Pac throw 1200+ punches at Clottey loooool?

          GTFOH

who else ever made such a RIDICULOUS transformation bread ?

name one lol, I will wait...

immediately after the second Marquez fight, Manny Steward stated that Pac should consider retiring..... he said that Pac looked shopworn and had been in too many wars.....

Pac then skipped through THREE DIVISIONS in 9 months, gaining 12lbs of muscle..... seemingly increasing his speed/power and (get this) punch output..... while looking as fresh as a daisy..... wtf?

Pac turned from a shopworn fighter, into a 1200+ punch dynamo, who (coincidentally) refused to test..... then, Pac just as suddenly reverted back into a normal 400-500 punch fighter who looked tired at the end of a fight, and (coincidentally) he suddenly had no problem taking blood tests

who the fk leaps THREE divisions at an advanced age and doubles their punch output bread ???

          I will wait lol

people see what they want to see, and they ignore what they don't want to see

Breadman is a smart guy and fairly careful about what he says. But his wholehearted endorsement of Damian shows that, besides a lot of common sense and natural intelligence, he doesn't have much knowledge on how to do research and how to evaluate sources and
validity of information. That's cool, you can't be good at everything.

Short answer is they'd probably have exposure to a negligence claim (probably as a co-defendant with the state's athletic commission).

Thanks.. It might take something like a lawsuit to straighten out the sanctioning bodies.
