I don't understand why so many people on this site have been so hard on Pricey since the Povetkin fight. He had one of the 5 best HW's in the world on ***** street and would have finished him if there had been more time left in the round. He showed more heart, toughness and stamina in that fight than he has in any other. This wasn't some weak, crumbling performance like the Thompson fights or a laughable failure of stamina like against Hammer. If people think that this new, reinvigorated Price can't make noise on British or European level, they're wrong.

My dream would be to see Price get the winner of Oquendo/Charr to fight him in Liverpool. I fully believe he KO's either of those guys. What a site it would be to see Price become a Heavyweight world champion in front of his home town fans, I can't think of anything in boxing I would rather see. Then he can retire and ride off into the sunset as a champion. Go on Big Pricey, you can do it! #WarPrice4Ever

He's become another Enzo Maccarinelli. If they had iron chins, things could have been different.

Moron doesn’t know when to call it a day. Sooner or later expect this guy to have some serious damage to his brain.

I actually enjoy watching Price fight, he's a literal car crash away to happen but can also box well at times.

The whole fight you are waiting for 1 shot to stun him or for his gas tank to empty and then it's just fun watching him try to stand and keep his hands up.

          Good luck to him.

It always a difficult thing to tell someone to give up on something they've dreamed of excelling at for so long, but idk that Price's friends are doing him any favors with this keep boxing stuff.

Guy is about to turn 35 next month. He's 7-5 (5) in his last 12 fights. He's 0-5 in his 5 biggest fights. There is not much reason to believe anything in this expected future trajectory is gonna have Price pointed in a more positive direction. I'm rooting on him calling it a career soon.

He's in exciting fights that he typically loses in brutal fashion. His performance against Povetkin wasn't bad considering he hurt the Russian. I'd rather see Price in there than the likes of Malik Scott or Tony Thompson or Kingpin Johnson. At least Price tries to knock the opponent out before they ultimately knock him out.

                  haha your profile pic classic

yea benn overachieved with sheer guts and will at times but he was succesful holding titles where as price has fallen at every step up

im not hating on price just saying he got more support this time for actually putting up a fight and getting off the canvas too if you ever looked at his twitter over the last 2 years it was full of abuse now its mostly support even though he lost again

Actually the fans want you to retire before you get killed or brain damage.

You got knocked out so many times you’re getting it confused
