I will be very surprised if Canelo fights Charlo, Jacobs or Saunders, if he doesn't fight GGG next. The same thing about GGG. If he wins Vanes, he will also avoid Charlo, Derevyanchenko, Jacobs, Saunders. GGG will fight Amir Khan next.

I was disappointed in Canelo when he chose Amir Khan and Smith instead of GGG.

I was very disappointed in GGG when he chose Kell Brook although he could fight Lara as well.

Now, he is fighting Vanes instead of Derevyanchenko. Very sad.

If the fight doesn't happen in Sept it will only be because of GGG. He literally can't stop obsessing and talking about Canelo yet now seems to have a hundred different excuses to sabotage the fight. But it's Canelo that doesn't want the rematch? LMAO

Golovkin gets his Vanes fight on Saturday, possibly fights Derevyanchenko in July/August (chances are good that he still vacates the belt anyway), will end up having to fight Billy Joe Saunders or Jermall Charlo to close out the year, and would possibly owe the WBA's mandatory before the Alvarez fight.

If the talks fall apart, he's going to be forced to have at least two more fights, against opponents who basically all have touches of the style that Golovkin has deliberately avoided for his entire run, lol.

If the Golovkin fight doesn't happen, Alvarez will likely fight David Lemieux or Spike O'Sullivan on Mexican Independence Day weekend, in either Texas or Nevada, and still do 700k+ on PPV for The Canelo Show.

After that, Alvarez will take another break and get ready for his May date; if Golovkin is still being a punk, Alvarez moves into whatever the next most lucrative fight, a possible showdown with Zurdo Ramirez likely being that (Top Rank will keep feeding Zurdo stiffs until then)

GGG is not the one suspended, he is the one who has the belts, he is the one about to get stripped, he is the one who badly wants to chase greatness by collecting that belt from Saunders, he is the one with little time left to do all this seeing he is too "old".

These Jack Assess have talked themselves out of another big payday. The immutable fact is that GGG cannot generate multi-million dollar paydays on his own hook and seems to resent that.
