Bumlovkin didn't beat Alvarez. However, even IF he did - that still wouldn't be a better win than Johnson's win over Antonio Tarver.

The FACT of the matter is this, Tarver was coming off of a 2nd round KO of the P4P #1 fighter in the world. Jonhson beating Tarver is a FAR better win than Bumlovkin beating Alvarez. Alvarez' best win to date is getting a gift decision over Erislandy Lara.
