    Here's another explanation.

Briggs wasn't going to do testing even though Oquendo wanted it. WBA stepped in and told Briggs they were going to make it mandatory anyway, so Briggs agreed and signed up for the Fair Boxing Testing.

Do you think Briggs would have agreed if he had any choice?
But that happened in May. You said fighters were signed up in March. And yet you've still failed to produce any list of fighters who have signed up.

The fight was ordered in January.

Why do i need to produce a list? Why does the WBA? If the top 15 is required to test then just look at the top 15 and there's your list.

Hearn questioned whether the undefeated puncher has the claimed funds and said the offer would not be taken seriously before he has seen a contract - but the two sides eventually got together and there was proof presented of the funds

Hearn and Joshua wanted to proof of funds - which they apparently received from Wilder co-manager Shelly Finkel.

Maybe or maybe his source is wrong. Also i'm not sure i trust a writer that doesn't even give his real name, unless his real name is Boxing Clever.

No credible source, not even a credible writer. You'll believe anything. If it was true wouldn't the big boxing writers be confirming it by now? My guess is the writer is presuming, because that was the hold up.

Maybe if team wilder was willing to talk and sign then it would get made ?

You know since Joshua has tried to meet them via Hearn several times now
