Born and raised here (Scarborough, basically "Little Jamaica" in Canada) My Uncles are Jamaican. I'm a weird racial combo consisting of white, cajun, native and Jamaican. Basically, I'm 6'4, blue eyes, and nappy hair who will switch into patois when he hears it spoken around him haha.Comment

Damn, serious? I'd love to see that! I'm long retired from boxing. Was doing my Ams' thing, and one night took a tumble down a flight of steps (was taking out the garbage, steps were wet) and I broke my hand in three places. Never healed properly.
And, unfortunately not. Plane tickets are insanely expensive in Canada. I'd be looking at probably a grand just to fly out.Comment

Yeah. 1spotmedia.com probably carries it on TVJ at 9:30pm(Jamaica time) on Wednesdays. Jamaicans have won four of the five fights so far. A Jamaican boxer called Wasp won by TKO in the first round yesterday against a Canadian.Damn, serious? I'd love to see that! I'm long retired from boxing. doesn't surprise me. The sport is about 90% dead up here. Cities with 500,000+ people will have 2 boxing gyms (if that)
That's why basically anyone who grew up here returns to their country of birth once they turn pro (Lennox Lewis, Trevor Berbick) because we don't invest in them.
Surprisingly, Razor was a proud Canadian fighter. I'll always respect Ruddock for that.Comment
