Golovkin fans no longer know what to talk about. They're bored as hell waiting for the Vanes fight to come and go

Nah you just don’t have a coherent understanding of this sport. Trinidad was a multi division world champion and an elite level fighter with wins over ODLH, Whittaker, Vargas etc, Brook is a guy who won a close decision over Shawn Porter, never beat anyone close to the level of those guys and never achieved anything significant above 147.
        No comparison...

          What's the difference for Hopkins?
Is it because he gets that American privilege?

Oh yeah, plus Hopkins as a champion never took fights away from home another solid reason to why Hopkins at 160 is clearly not better than GGG's.
Good fighters will step into hostile territory.
It's hard to say Trinidad was not a real middleweight when he legitimately defeated a middleweight champion.

Fighting away from home, in hostile territory, is a quality of a great fighter for sure. But it doesn't mean you can't be great if you don't do it.

Hopkins put in a boxing clinic as an underdog, and that's something GGG hasn't done.

GGG only won one if those titles by actually beating the champ. And that's the IBF title from Lemieux who isn't anything special. He was handed the WBA and WBC titles and never beat anyone for those titles.

Trinidad is an all time great and Brook isn't even close to that and never will be. Trinidad was an unbeatable champion at 154 even if he was small for 160. Was Brook a champion at 154? Trinidad knocked out Vargas and Vargas was much better than Brook. If you want to make a case for GGG's middleweight run being better than Hopkins's run then find a different reason. Hopkins's win over the undefeated Trinidad was a great win.

So in my opinion this fight can be compared to Golovkin win over Brook, Brook and Trinidad two guys who wanted to make a statement fighting a bigger guy in a division which they shouldn't have been going to.
Brook a more natural 154lber as was Trinidad, so why does B-hop get a pass and why does this suddenly become an outstanding career defining win for Hopkins, yet you all cry about Golovkin doing the exact god damn same thing

There can be absolutely no doubt about it a win over Jacobs trumps Felix Trinidad, you can't just expect to go 3-2 in the MW division and say "okay that's it, Trinidad is the greatest win for Hopkins" IF you are saying that which a lot of people are then you clearly are more of a less saying his resume in that division isn't that good.
The same can then again be said about his win over ODLH that was another freak show fight that should have never happened in the first place since ODLH lost his tune-up fight prior to that one that and look at his MW record, it's trash! 1-1 but it really should be 0-2.

The manner you hold your career in does help, Golovkin is close to breaking Bhops record with by far more KOes, fighting in a more pleasing manner, and with pretty decent wins in the mix.

So, yeah, the whole fake hysteria about this really is a bit of joke.
1-How the hell can you compare Tito to Brook??? Tito had 16 or so defenses at 147, won titles at 154 and 160..WTF????

2-What are jacobs top 5 wins? seriously who has he defeated man?

                      terrible post

and what record is he breaking?? he had the damn "regular" title and wasnt even the real champ and they are counting that, it is pure desperation to try to sell this guy and it is sad
