The only mandatory that has been ordered is the IBF. If Golovkin's team can convince them that this is a legit fight worthy of postponing that mandatory, all is good.

Guess what? The alphabet organizations get a nice slice of the pie for title defenses, so the IBF will not strip Golovkin as they will lose a big commission on the Alvarez fight verses any other fight. I bet Trip G has zero problems getting this to sail through, all his belts intact.

But no denying the second portion of your statement. Alvarez makes huge cash regardless of his opponents. He does not need Golovkin for money. Maybe legacy, but not the money.
The problem for GGG is, if he were to fight Derevyanchenko next, Canelo would, more than likely, fight Saunders. If Saunders lost to Canelo, that makes Canelo even stronger, and GGG would have even less leverage because he would've waived his rematch clause to fight Derevyanchenko! Now if Saunders beat Canelo, then GGG vs. Saunders would be HUGE, but still not as lucrative as the Canelo rematch in Las Vegas.

VADA and the WBC handled the anti-doping. They are the middle-men reporting to the commissions and the public. It’s the same people organization that tested Canelo 4 days apart.

Your “who” should be more “which agency affiliated with WADA accreditation did the hair sampling?”

But that doesn’t matter. Lil’g Fans always find an excuse to defend Golovkin

            Saunders can’t beat Canelo.

You must not remember when the US Govt sent the head of the IBF to Club Fed for an extended vacation.

The IBF *will* strip Bumlovkin if he doesn't fight his mandatory and DiBella is on record saying they will not accept step aside money...

No, actually I didn't until I looked it up.

Okay, we will see. Color me impressed if the IBF does strip him.

                    Huh?

Trout was undefeated and 28 years old, he had also come off getting a win over Cotto.

What are you talking about "shot" Austin Trout?

Before the first fight both sides we're talking trilogy before either guy even stepped into the ring. Hmmmmm....
