Hearns fits really well into Warren's hand-me-down weasel suit.

Ok so Wilder faces Brezeale in August, so if that happens there won't be a Joshua wilder fight this year. I doubt either team would want to squeeze in at end of 2018.

Therefore likelihood is Joshua could fight twice this year. Potvetkin is mandatory so will be next. Then assuming no others are called then you would think facing miller towards end of year in Barclays would make sense, weather is bad in the U.K Then anyway so he would have to go back to cardiff rather than Wembley - and It would be an opportunity to start building an American brand and/or the wilder fight.

So for me I can see:

        August - Povetkin (Wembley)
        December - Miller (Barclays)
        May - Wilder (wembley)
November - Wilder (vegas) - if a rematch happens

From the promoters perspective if wilder is already facing brezeale it would make sense if they could get him to face Whyte in the U.K. At the O2 at simular timeframe (December)

It’s not just that the Wilder fight looks so good which is the reason I want to see it, those other fights suck. Povetkin is too short and to old, all Joshua needs to win that fight is a solid jab and he should set up a ko by round 5 or 6.

Miller on the other hand has feet that are way too slow, his tactics are extremely crude, and he has surprisingly little in the way of power for such a huge guy. If he tries to walk through Joshua like he has to his other recent opponents then he’s getting lit up like a Christmas tree. He seems pretty durable so he might be able to endure it for a while but he’s going down in a heap eventually, which will probably trigger a small earthquake.

Povetkin is past it, Miller is too raw. Both fights seem like foregone conclusions to me.

As I said, he will likely fight Povetkin.

As the situation is you here are spot on.

Sometimes, it's more about what someone DOESN'T say that gives away their intentions.
Lol. Come on just call a spade a spade why would you cancel the meeting? Hearn never said no just that he wanted to discuss things further face to face. Bottom line is if they wanted the fight as much as they said they would’ve met him. If the shoe was on the other foot I’m sure you’d agree.
