Kell Brook ruined GGG.
In GGG's last 23 fights before Jacobs (including Brook) he was 23-0 with 23 KO's. After Brook got done with him, and the fight was de****ably stopped prematurely, GGG has been 1-1 after that, with no KO's, 1 knock down, and both decisions could have realistically gone to his opponent.
good one lolComment

now bumkin thinks that he is better than Hopkins
If Gennady Golovkin beats Vanes Martirosyan on Saturday night, he’ll tie Bernard Hopkins’ middleweight record by making a 20th consecutive defense of one of his
that is some truly disgraceful shht lol
he doesn't have an ounce of respect for the sportComment

GGG obviously carried Jacobs. Most fans dont know ****. GGG even admitted he needed to carry Jacobs in order to get the Canelo fight. It was obvious after 2 rounds GGG was not going for blood and even pulled his punches during the one knockdown. If GGG fights Jacobs again it will be easy KO. Canelo and Charlo will also KO Jacobs easy.Comment

Just as I saw it too. Sulecki is a good solid fighter and better competition than any of the top middles faced .Comment

In the Jacobs fight, I thought if by some miracle Danny's chin held up, he could hang with GGG. And I thought his best chance was to try and Quillin GGG. I gave Danny a 10-15% chance of winning by early KO alone. But that was about the only chance I gave him due to his chin.
I honestly came away 1) impressed with Danny's chin and 2) thinking that Danny saw the Ward/Kov first fight and thought if he survived 12 rounds with GGG that he would get the decision in his hometown. Those were my honest thoughts after the fight.
I think both Danny and Canelo went into those fights with the plan to constantly move around the ring, and try to at times take advantage of their quickness edge to score points and possibly steal rounds.
Canelo basically tried to copy Danny's gameplan. I think they both just tried to go 12 rounds, and never directly engage with GGG. Probably a smart plan; problem is GGG can really box as well as punch, so he is always scoring points, especially with his jab, in every round. So even fighting GGG and trying to win that way, is a tall task. GGG won 9/11 and 10/11 rounds on punch stats vs Danny and Canelo. To me that is more than enough for the champ to remain champ.Comment
