Basically if GGG knocks someone out - that guy is immediately a bum. If they go 12 rounds GGG was exposed and that guy is also a top level fighter? Just weird logic honestly.
He's only fought 2 guys Ibwould consider better than C class fighters. And No Vanes isnt one of them.

Golovkin is limited in some areas, but you cannot absorb his power..... it is exceptional

if he can land on you, they will fight you

they are simply playing to his strengths man

basic/standard stuff..... nothing special to see here, just good ol fashioned match-making

those guys you mentioned who were " available "..... were ALWAYS going to be broken down, most of them in the first half of the fight..... they had little/no chance of surviving 12 rounds..... because of their level, sure..... but mostly because of their style

Yeah but Willie is a mover. He is not easy to land on.

what you just admitted, is that those opponents were C-level fighters, and not as good as Danny Jacobs..... who is B/B+
I mean it's semantics you know. I think Danny is a A- fighter. Danny can box, punch, move. And his chin is actually decent it seems. Stevens and Lemieux are B and B+ fighters respectively.

Definitely a lot better than the Centenos of the world. And more on par with the Suleckis. If you can dominate and stop that many good fighters, you deserve some credit for that. Can't just call everyone bums bro.

        2) their level is irrelevant anyway. The point was about how much damage they took and whether or not they were the same fighter afterwards.
B level more like C level. In any case because they are of C level quality who cares if they are not the same Lololololol. So they drop to D level, no one even notices . That’s why when Abel mentions it now you think oh yeah maybe he is right because that was the first time you even thought about any of those fighters in 2 years.

You are obviously a GGG fan ? Let’s assume you are. 😂 there is no way fight night that you didn’t believe GGG would not stop Danny. I rated Danny but I thought GGG would be too much for him. Now we’re you disappointed in his performance or Danny went up in your estimations. It has to be one or the other. For me Danny is Danny so I was quite surprised he wasn’t conclusive in his victory. The same thing in the Canelo fight I thought GGG would punish him. He never even hurt Canelo even though Canelo was gassing from the 4th round. You are however right about calling fighters garbage but when they don’t pose even a small threat I just think of dog poop and hence the name calling

          Ricky Martin Rubio tko'd him...

I won't even bring up ggg
In my opinion in the Saunders fight, he was outclassed by a few points in almost each round. That gif of him swinging and missing is funny. But BJS makes a living on knicking rounds. That's what he does. I don't think Lemieux is as bad as people are making him out to be from that fight.

            CLEARLY
Based on the eye test perhaps...but nothing else. Resumes are not much different as far as good wins.

I think Sulecki was just better than he's being given credit for. He had good pop and very fast, straight hands. I was impressed even If I felt like Jacobs won 7-5 with a KD.

                What level is Trout?
                What level is Vanes?
                What level is Jrock?

For me if you're a champion you are basically A-level with a few exceptions. If you are a top contender you are basically B level.

In the Jacobs fight, I thought if by some miracle Danny's chin held up, he could hang with GGG. And I thought his best chance was to try and Quillin GGG. I gave Danny a 10-15% chance of winning by early KO alone. But that was about the only chance I gave him due to his chin.

I honestly came away 1) impressed with Danny's chin and 2) thinking that Danny saw the Ward/Kov first fight and thought if he survived 12 rounds with GGG that he would get the decision in his hometown. Those were my honest thoughts after the fight.

I think both Danny and Canelo went into those fights with the plan to constantly move around the ring, and try to at times take advantage of their quickness edge to score points and possibly steal rounds.

Canelo basically tried to copy Danny's gameplan. I think they both just tried to go 12 rounds, and never directly engage with GGG. Probably a smart plan; problem is GGG can really box as well as punch, so he is always scoring points, especially with his jab, in every round. So even fighting GGG and trying to win that way, is a tall task. GGG won 9/11 and 10/11 rounds on punch stats vs Danny and Canelo. To me that is more than enough for the champ to remain champ.

                    • This Sanchez is a wack job. I think Jacobs looked the way he normally does. And he was probably extra cautious because at this point in his career, he can’t afford another loss. He needs to make the most money right now, he isn’t a young chicken anymore. So he is staying active while waiting for the right opponent or possible rematch with GGG. Stay away from Charlo though.
