I thought Danny looked gassed after 5 but whatever.

He was a decent fighter before, a decent fighter after. Did he shine when he fought Golovkin or did Golovkin almost get beat by just a decent fighter? It's debatable.

After the GGG Danny fight I honestly was worried about Danny; I heard some videos of him and his speech sounded slurry. But maybe he was just drunk or nervous during those interviews. He seems fine now. I watched the first half of the Sulecki fight and I thought Danny looked fine. Sulecki is a tough guy who can take a punch, and he can box. Some stuff Danny hit him with early would have KOd someone not as tough. Most guys (Arias) wouldn't have the stones to actually try and trade with Danny like that.
And I agree Wade sucks - but he hasn't even fought since that GGG fight. GGG broke Brook's face. Monroe and Lemieux don't seem any different. Murray Geale and Stevens all never really looked the same to me after the GGG fight. Especially Stevens and Geale. Adama basically retired after the GGG fight. Ishida Rubio and Macklin were all old, but GGG basically retired all of those guys too. Rosado took a good beating but still looks about the same to me. Proska was a young talented guy and GGG basically retired him after their fight.
And the only guy who actually tried to go to war with GGG (and was really successful) - Ouma, he broke Ouma's jaw and Ouma basically retired, didn't fight again after that fight for 2.5 years. That's either a lot of coincidences or GGG does dish out a lot of career changing punishment.

2) their level is irrelevant anyway. The point was about how much damage they took and whether or not they were the same fighter afterwards.

I think that he was disappointed with the Arias fight, and wanted to put on a show and stop Sulecki.....
if Jacobs had gotten hit with anything nasty, he would have tightened his game and switched focus back to controlling distance
a little like how Floyd fought Maidana flat-footed in the first fight, but then boxed him in the second

Definitely a lot better than the Centenos of the world. And more on par with the Suleckis. If you can dominate and stop that many good fighters, you deserve some credit for that. Can't just call everyone bums bro.

I fixed it for you. Most professionals now are historically C level fighters. There's not many A fighters boxing these days.
I honestly wouldn't have ran down that list lol love GGG, but come on.

On the topic, Believe it or not, Sanchez is right and he attributes Jacobs' slippage to going 12 hard rounds against Golovkin.
let see...168 kingpin...comes back from a long layoff and goes to a new division and fights a top 3 p4p fighter in that division and makes him cry
lil g is 36 with a stink resume and struggled when he finally stepped up to elite competition and has no notable p4p wins and hasnt left his division....

Basically if GGG knocks someone out - that guy is immediately a bum. If they go 12 rounds GGG was exposed and that guy is also a top level fighter? Just weird logic honestly.
