How much did Hearn pay Jacobs this past weekend? Was it more than what Charlo made?

Is Jacobs an undefeated contender on the rise? Answer: Nope. He's a solid, somewhat boring, 2-loss middleweight with no real following. So how is his pay in any way related to what Charlo might could get?
Why dont you just say what you really mean. Hearn (white promoter) is bad, and Haymon (black promoter) is good.
That would simplify all these unnecessary threads of yours.Comment

I don't know the answer but here's a clue .. I saw a video of BJS asking Hearn why he can't get a fight with Jacobs.
Hearn replied: "It's difficult because he earns more than you, and you won't take a pay cut"
I guess it's possible that BJS isn't getting any more than $500k per fight, but I would think that probably means Jacobs is earning more than Charlo.Comment

No. That wasn't the point you were trying to make. You point was he's making good money fighting bums. Loma was also making good money fighting bums early. That's the point. And someone as decorated an amateur career should come right in fighting champs at 27 years old when they turned pro. Jervonta Davis was a champ at 22. At 22 Loma was still fighting teenagers in the ammy's.Comment

Jacobs is a main event fighter. Charlo isn't. So obviously Jacobs should be getting paid more, right? And he's with Hearn who claims he pays more, right? Is Jacobs an undefeated contender on the rise? Funny how you used to complain Haymon fighters are making to much now you're saying Charlo should be paid more

Is Jacobs making 2 quillins now that he's with Hearn? Is he even making 1 quillin? Let me know Mr. Insider.Comment

Im not saying anything of the sort. As a matter of fact at 500k I think Charlo is overpaid, based on the event revenue. But Im not the one writing the check so its not my problem.Jacobs is a main event fighter. Charlo isn't. So obviously Jacobs should be getting paid more, right? But thats not the point. The point is that what Jacobs makes doesnt have a damn thing to do with what Charlo makes. And you trying to compare the 2 is transparent.Comment

The market is distorted around casino site fees and pay television funding that is not representative of any individual fighter's actual capacity to generate money. If boxers were paid appropriately to their ability to sell tickets, almost everyone is now overpaid. But only Haymon fighters are considered overpaid. Is Jacobs an undefeated contender on the rise?
