Yes Taylor looked like a much calmer more experienced fighter than he ever has.Both fighters perfomed well and it was far from a Winky borfest like alot of people thought it may be.......with all that said I accept the draw but really feel Winky beat Taylor more than Taylor beat Hopkins in either of their fights.

i agree. but put aside all this bitching and moaning of the fighters, the media...... watch the fight with no sound.... look at the compubox out put of punches.... look at taylors face... be honest and serious. i box i watch boxing... Winky was robbed. And it's sad to see someone put his life the line and the respect that he has for the sport on the line, and get stabbed in the face. all i ask is just watch the fight no sound look at it.... Winky was robbed.

Winky was absolutely not robbed. I had Taylor winning 115-114. Taylor has got to be top 2-3 p4p now. Two wins over Hopkins and (for me) a win over Winky has to put him right up there. And yeah, his eye was shut but that's from the head and also Winky's jabs. You don't win a fight just with the jab if your opponent is landing power shots on you.

ok but the average fans opinion doesn't matter here. you and i watch boxing, i box as an amature. what is YOUR opinion? the avaerage fan watched the contender and though that most of the fighter wher one sided and couldn't understand how the other fighter made a "comback" when he was winning the whole fight. he avaerage fan doesn't box. form experience and even the rules to boxing it's "effective aggression" hiting someones arms doesn't count. and asky your self don't answer now it's not who is right and who is wronge here i'm asking you after you watch the fight, no sound score it yourself. and tell me who YOU think one, i know you know boxing or you wouldn't be a member, but what do you think look at the fight again, and tell me seriously.

from watching the fight once on sat. i was fine with the draw.. i thought it was a close fight... some rounds were very tough to score... even if you score the fight 7-5 rounds for winky, thats still not a robbery... its only one round from a draw and there were several close rounds...

No way in hell Taylor won.I will accept the draw reluctantly but Absolutely no way did Taylor win.

I didn't get much more respect from Taylor in this fight than I have with his outings against Bernard Hopkins. He seems reluctant at times in the ring, he doesn't have the experience needed to be a great champion yet. And Emmanuel Steward had a good gameplan for him and he didn't follow through, just like against Hopkins.

When Winky put him on the ropes Taylor just closed his eyes and covered up, like he was afraid to get hit or see Winky swinging. What the **** was that anyway?

Taylor is clearly overhyped and Winky won that fight in most people's eyes, everybody else is just hating on Winky for being Winky. I hope Taylor gets exposed for the C level fighter that he is and I hope it's soon.
