CBS which owns Showtime pays 1.08 Billion per year for NFL rights. You think they are worried about 50 million to make the biggest fight today.

No they didn't. What they do with other sports has nothing to do with the sport of boxing. They both bring in different numbers and revenue for Showtime.

For $50 Mill, I think it's clear Wilder's side will be leading considering they're the ones making the big offer.

But at the same time, they both have the same outcome. Hearn can't lead either way if he accepts the offer. Shirley needs to stop playing games and just sit down with Hearn so we can get this fight on.

Oh sure, Hearn is going to want to have some input in the promotion and all, and rightfully so. He's not just going to sit back and let Lou be the main guy while he is in fact the promoter of the A side in all of this.

If I was Haymon, I would want Hearn to front this. Lou is OK with smaller shows, but on a big stage like AJ/Wilder is on, you want someone with presence who knows how to sell a fight.
