No employers asks someone to accept a job before providing details. Doesn't happen. You ******s are trying to argue it does.

The other part you are getting wrong here is that you think this is an employer/employee thing.

These are all independent contractors we are talking about.

If anyone is the boss, it's the fighters.

You are a little sketchy on your "facts" here, Boli.

Both camps made similarly formatted offers.

Hearn offered a flat fee of 12.5 million and gave a 48 hour deadline. There was no date, no site, and no indication in the offer that it would be next. Haymon countered with the 50 million guarantee as part of a 50/50 split, and stipulated that the fight be next and in the US.

These are offers AND BUSINESS IS ALWAYS DONE THIS WAY.

You get an offer.

You "agree in principal".

Then the details get hashed out.

If you can find me an example from a big fight of promoters meeting while an offer is on the table and awaiting acceptance or rejection, I am all ears.

Good luck, because it doesn't happen.

There was nothing bogus about the 50 million any more than there was anything bogus about the 12.5 million.
