Employer: I got a job for you it's $30 per hour.
Employee: What exactly will i be required to do, how many hours etc is it, send me the details.
Employer: Accept it first and i'll tell you.

all you are accepting is the money...then you can talk about hours and everything..

all finkel is asking is to accept the pay rate...thats it....too difficult of a concept for you to grasp tho....frggin mutt

in this scenario joshua said "jesus i wish i could make 30 an hour...please...someone show me that....i need that"

No employers asks someone to accept a job before providing details. Doesn't happen. You ******s are trying to argue it does.

The other part you are getting wrong here is that you think this is an employer/employee thing.

          It isn't.

These are all independent contractors we are talking about.

If anyone is the boss, it's the fighters.

Except when a fighter allows his promoter to **** him out of 50 million because his ego got crushed, that is.

Then yeah, you could say that guy has a boss...

Both camps made similarly formatted offers.

Hearn offered a flat fee of 12.5 million and gave a 48 hour deadline. There was no date, no site, and no indication in the offer that it would be next. Haymon countered with the 50 million guarantee as part of a 50/50 split, and stipulated that the fight be next and in the US.

These are offers AND BUSINESS IS ALWAYS DONE THIS WAY.

                  You get an offer.

                  You "agree in principal".

Then the details get hashed out.

If you can find me an example from a big fight of promoters meeting while an offer is on the table and awaiting acceptance or rejection, I am all ears.

Good luck, because it doesn't happen.

There was nothing bogus about the 50 million any more than there was anything bogus about the 12.5 million.

If you questioned one while not questioning the other you are a hypocrite.

                    Yeah, pretty much.

I never once heard of Floyd Mayweather asking for a meeting before accepting those multimillion dollar offers.

Pac didn't need a meeting either.

                    Ditto Canelo.

                    I cannot be disputed.

Time after time we heard about "an agreement in principle".

Then, and only then, did we see fights get negotiated.

                    Again, this is not new.

                    Sports been like this forever.

Kinda perplexed folks think something else should happen quite frankly...
