They aren’t blindly agreeing to anything. The terms will be worked out when they meet. They laid out the specific parameters in order to move forward. Assuming everything gets worked out after, what issue do they have with that?

Finkel isn't asking Hearn to blindly agree to anything. Team Wilder just wants it on record that Team Joshua will accept the fight for the agreed upon amount of money and that they'll work out the details at the table after receiving the word "yes". This way if the fight falls through there will be somewhere to point the blame. Based on who's involved and the legal ramifications of not following through there is no reason to believe that the money is non-existent, because the consequences as such would be even higher.
