What Finkel is convienently leaving out is they are not the draw .

Joshua IS the draw hence why the 12.5 million was a SIMPLE deal , a deal that would have made Wilder between 20/35 million but they want to pay Joshua more now ?

Hearn cannot accept a 50 Million stipulation without seeing whats what .

Finkel KNOWS even if Hearn agrees he can still put a deal breaker in the contract and say Hearn didn't want the fight .

IF Hearn says yes ,whats to stop Finkel from adding anything he wants attached to it and having Hearn commit to what is a farce of a deal ? Its purpose is to gain leverage for Wilder .

Just bc he can show backers means nothing ....if Finkel didnt include paper work then theres a reason why and thats bc this is a stalling tactic to blame Joshua and use his mandatory deadline against him as a reason to fight Breazeale.

This is nothing but a ploy either way to actually create the real smoke screen which is Breazeale is fighting Wilder no matter what .

this shelley person brings up some valid points but neglects to mention the major point which is the 50 million dollar offer.

in the cases that were referenced, it could be reasonably safe to assume that joshua's team had the funding available to make the offers that they did since AJ has had big purses.

in wilder's case he made 3 mil in his last fight and has yet to make 5 mil for 1 fight but somehow there's 50 million dollars sitting on the table for this fight. given this gigantic gap between the purses that wilder has been capable of making compared to this new 50 million dollar figure that came out of nowhere, it is not unreasonable to request proof. anyone involved should be asking for proof given this huge disparity.

This is how fights have been made for decades! Finkel has been around for decades, all the way back to Spinks vs. Tyson, and even further! MatchRoom don't want that work!

I'm ducking out of every article on this until both sides are down to business after their next fight or maybe two each.

So...forget whether the funds are real — does Hearn like the deal?

Haymon and Finkel have put on bigger events than this one, they laid it out on the table, Hearn doesnt even operate the way he wants Wilder's team to react. Im not saying AJ is scared, but with Hearn wanting Wilder to fight someone else from his team, first. Then trying to put the fight off, then they get the offer and decline. HEARN DOESNT WANT TO LET HIS CASH COW, BROUGHT TO SLAUGHTER, americans have seen our share of promoter BS, the english people dont know any better, and believes everything Hearn says.....This is why Hearn keeps AJ on the treadmill, RUNNING.

So why not agree, sit at the table? If it’s fake, you’ll know then.
